Because many of our products are custom-made, our return policy is designed to be fair while considering the personalized nature of our work.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Customised Products (T-shirts, Mugs, Corporate Gifts, Hampers, etc.) are non-returnable unless:
- The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
- The wrong product, size, or design has been delivered compared to your order.
- Non-Customised Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
2. Damaged / Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/contact form link].
- Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will verify and arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Any item that has been used, washed, or altered after delivery.
- Items returned without prior approval from our support team.
- Clearance sale or discounted products.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, we will initiate your refund within 5-7 working days.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or as store credit if preferred).
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only possible for size issues (if applicable) and only for non-customised items.
- Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@pripacko.com with your order ID and issue details.
- Wait for confirmation from our team before sending the product back.
- Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
