- Pripacko provides customised printing and personalised gifting products.
- By shopping on our website, you accept these terms.
2. Orders
- All customised orders are made as per the design provided by the customer.
- Please check your spelling, images, and artwork carefully—we print exactly what you send.
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment.
3. Shipping
- Delivery time depends on your location and product type.
- Custom products may take extra time for processing.
- Once shipped, we share tracking details.
- Delays from courier companies are not in our control.
4. Cancellation
- Customised orders cannot be cancelled after production starts.
- Normal (non-custom) orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
5. Return & Refund
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The item is damaged,
- The print is wrong due to our mistake,
- You received a wrong product.
Proof required: Unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
6. Colour & Quality
- Actual colours may slightly vary due to screen differences.
- Small variations do not qualify for return or refund.
7. User Responsibility
- You must own the rights to the images or text you upload.
- We may refuse printing any inappropriate or copyrighted content.
8. Website Content
- All images, designs, and content on our website belong to Pripacko.
- Do not copy or use without permission.
